Our dad went into hospital with a fractured hip and never came out alive. They should train their teams in customer service and stop them from subduing concerned family members by threatening with expulsion. They should trian nurses in basic care and compassion. They should teach all staff to be courteous and...


"Delay with wisdom tooth extraction"

I was refered to hospital for wisdom dental extraction,but they sent me to another dentist because to busy,other dentist tried to pull it out when i was told before hand that my gum would need to be cut.he refered me back to hospital to be put to sleep.hospital have now told me it wont be untill about another 6/8 weeks before they can do it.i have had severe pain since january of this year,and been sent backwards and forwards.taking to many pain killers.

"Medication errors with an elderly patient leading to serious complications"

My father has cronic renal failure and aorta disfunction which requires paramount medication administered through out a daily basis. My father was admitted to the hospital on the 25/03/2012 till 29/03/2012. His medication was not given to him correctly until the day he was discharged.

The hospital should have looked at my fathers recent medical history on admitance... Sort out paramount medication on admitance..

He is not just another patient he is my father....
