• How long a person has suffered with pain
• The degree of pain encountered (some people suffer a serious degree of pain, others less so)
• Whether any treatment or physiotherapy was administered and if so for how long a period.
• The final prognosis from the agreed medico-legal doctor. A prognosis is the "probable outcome" or estimated outcome.
