Motorist barking mad at getting ticket

A motorist has reacted angrily to being given a fine for driving with a dog on his lap.

Keith Little said that it was the 16th time he has been stopped by the police in six months but said that having his licence revoked and being given a £32 fine was unfair as the animal was smaller than the police alleged and that it was between the front seats of his car, not sat on his lap.
