About our legal service

Here we explain how no win no fee works and how we can help you make a claim

The Claims Connection is an online service provided by Winston Solicitors LLP who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

There are many online "legal firms" on the web. The difference with our service is that you are dealing with a law firm from the first moment you call. We are not a marketing or advertising agency.

We are a firm of compensation solicitors who deal with a wide range of claims from road accidents through to cases involving medical negligence. We offer a NO WIN NO FEE service that operates in the way you would expect.

The law in brief

Law text book

To make a claim:

1) You must show that the other party was negligent

2) That injury or damage resulted from this negligence

No win No fee accident advice is available on this site

  •  WHAT IS NO WIN NO FEE?

No win No fee is a concept that confuses many people. Here we explain the principles:

If you have suffered injury following an incident that was not your fault, it is only right that you consider making a compensation claim

In the UK we are blessed with a legal system that allows wrongs to be put right. If you are successful in pursuing your claim (in other words you win compensation) then the other party / insurance company, pays your legal bill.

If your case fails and you receive NO compensation, then the other party does not have to pay your legal bill.

With our service:

- We pledge that you will receive 100% of any compensation that is awarded

- We will recover any costs from the other party if the case is successful

- We will make no charge in the unlikely event that the claim is unsuccessful

- You do not have to take out insurance or other products to start your case

No surprises - No hidden clauses - No gimmicks.

Just straightforward advice when you need it most.
