Ideally, in order to lodge a claim, you would need to
still be employed by the NHS or have left within the
last 6 months. This does not necessarily mean the
termination of your employment. For example, you may

Equal Pay is submitted. NHS WORKERS COMPENSATION The
vast majority of people (around 80%) working in the
health service are female. It is a commonly held view
that many female workers in so called "un-skilled" jobs,
are underpaid compared with male counterparts.
Whilst the NHS in particular has done much to level
the playing field in recent years, many initiatives need
to be led by the Unions. As financial belts get
tightened with ever increasing costs across the sector,
low paid workers rights are not very high on the agenda.
We believe this is wrong and we are promoting our NHS
employee claims service for this reason.
Our service is No win No fee because we make no
charge if the claim is unsuccessful. We will agree a
percentage of any compensation as our legal fee from the
outset of the case.
Have you been underpaid?
Are you
currently paid less than male counterparts fro doing the
