Employment Tribunal?
IMPORTANT - An application to an Employment
Tribunal must be lodged within six months of the
termination of the relevant contract of employment.
This does not necessarily mean the termination of
your employment. For example, you may be given new
contractual terms during the course of your employment.
The time limit will then be six months from the
termination of your old contractual terms. A grievance
must be lodged with an employer and 28 days must be
allowed to pass before a tribunal claim for Equal Pay is
submitted.
