Advice on making a medical negligence claim

If you have suffered injury following a medical procedure or as a result of wrongful medical advice - you may be entitled to claim clinical or medical negligence compensation.

You may be able to make a COMPENSATION CLAIM if:

- You have suffered injury or harm as a result of negligence
- Your condition / disease / injury has deteriorated due to a lack of care or skill
- You have suffered "detriment" in some way because of poor care or service

How do you claim?

1)

You must refer your case to a medical negligence solicitor who can advise whether the case is one that legally has any prospects of success.

2)

You must then discuss how your claim should be "funded" (in other words how you pay for your legal costs. No win No fee compensation claim arrangements and Legal Aid are available for medical claims of this sort.

3)

In many cases you should make a formal complaint about your circumstances. The findings might be very useful to you in the event of a compensation claim being brought.

If you think you may have a claim - please contact our team today on 0800 0322210 - Chat online - or complete the form opposite.

You will have a decision about your case as soon as possible. All advice is given to you in plain, easy to understand language. We do not confuse the process with legal jargon or unnecessary delays.
