About WRULD
The term Work Related Upper Limb Disorder (WRULD or
ULD) serves to cover a number of various conditions, and
there is not an exhaustive list of the varied conditions
that can develop. They are also known as Repetitive
Strain Injury (RSI).
These are disorders that arise from repeated physical
movements that serve to damage tendons, nerves, muscles
and soft tissues. Symptoms like the conditions
themselves are varied and can include pain, swelling,
numbness, weakness, loss of grip and swelling.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome;

epicondylitis;

Golfers elbow;

of duties, movements that involve excessive reach and
